Applicable Canadian taxes and the complete order total will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Eligible Canadian orders receive free standard Canada Post shipping. Any exceptional delivery charge for an oversized, heavy, hazardous, or regulated product will be disclosed before purchase.

6. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted.

We may verify payment, inventory, delivery information, or suspected fraud before accepting an order.

We may reject or cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable

  • Payment cannot be authorized

  • Delivery information is incomplete

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

  • There is an obvious pricing or description error

  • The product cannot legally or safely be delivered

  • The order violates these Terms

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

7. Payments

You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed by authorized third-party providers. Their services may be governed by additional terms and privacy policies.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Eligible Canadian orders receive free standard Canada Post shipping.

Processing times, delivery estimates, tracking procedures, delays, and restrictions are explained in our Shipping Policy.

9. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return for any reason within 15 calendar days after delivery.

Free Canada Post shipping applies to the original delivery. Customers are responsible for ordinary change-of-mind return shipping. We cover reasonable return costs when a product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect because of our error.

Complete return requirements and safety-related exceptions are stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Warranties

Some products may include manufacturer warranties. Coverage and duration vary by product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties, conditions, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
